Hydraulic applied, oil cooled, multiple disc, combination clutch/brakes for metalforming presses up to 4000 tons. Ideally suited for new equipment manufacturers. Is easily configured for shaft end installation, between the flywheel or quill mounted installations. Torque range of 5000 Lb-ft - 160,000 Lb-ft.
Press Pac® 2100 [retrofit of existing equipment]
Integral press drive system with hydraulic clutch/brake mounted internal of the flywheel on the driveshaft. Hydraulic applied, oil cooled, multiple disc, combination clutch/brake for metalforming presses up to 4000 tons. A Ideally suited for retrofit applications. Torque range of 5000 Lb-ft - 150,000 Lb-ft.
Press Pac® 2200 [new equipment manufacturers and retrofit]
Separate clutch and brake drive systems that are hydraulic applied, oil cooled, multiple disc units for metalforming presses up to 4000 tons. These units are suited for both retrofit and new equipment applications. Torque range of 5000 Lb-ft - 150,000 Lb-ft.
